Civil Contracts Administrator - Site Based

Our client, a major PQS firm that work heavily within the building and infrastructure sectors of industry, currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Contracts Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be working within a project of professionals who pride themselves in being the best in their field, offering sound advice, on time and on budget within the construction and engineering industry. In this role, you will be reporting to a Project Manager and you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining an effective administration system for the managing of both the head contract and subcontract agreements. This will include analysing tenders, preparing monthly progress claims, preparing contract variations, preparing subcontract tender packages, attend site and client progress meetings. Ideally, you will have relevant tertiary qualifications and possess at least 5 - 10 years industry experience having working as a Contracts Administration preferably on civil infrastructure projects or complex building projects. Experience working on water, piping and complex concrete structures and delivering them to a successful conclusion would be advantageous.
