The Transport Accident Commission (TAC) funds rehabilitation and support services for people injured in transport accidents. It is also involved in promoting road safety, in an effort to reduce road trauma in the Victorian community.
These two newly created roles within a senior leadership team will see you driving initiatives focussed on improving client experience, client outcomes and scheme viability. You will lead and develop a group of Team Managers in the TAC's Independence branch to ensure their teams achieve financial, service delivery and client outcome KPIs and to maximise employee engagement and productivity.
Essential to your success, you will have proven leadership or management experience and a strong record of successful team or business unit performance. You will also have previous experience in developing and implementing initiatives to improve client and financial outcomes, ideally within a claims environment.
