The Shift Maintenance Supervisor is required to maintain mobile equipment to meet cost, reliability, availability and safety targets through the efficient use of teams and resources. As such, you must be able to demonstrate solid maintenance management experience and possess leadership skills that are commensurate with the expectations of the role.  

In this career defining role, you’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of on-time repairs and maintenance from your dedicated team. Your mechanical trade qualification and several years of dealership experience of mobile equipment in the resources industry will be essential as will the determination to succeed.

To be successful in this role you will have: 

§             Strong supervisory background in mine site related mobile plant maintenance 

§             Ability to promote safe working environment for all

§             Proven mechanical aptitude on mining mobile plant along with relevant qualifications

§             Demonstrated knowledge of computerised maintenance management programs 

§             Well developed communication and leadership skills.
