You and your team will support Service Delivery by resolving technical issues experienced by customers, ensuring that Service Technicians are properly trained (a Service Trainer reports to you), Service Procedures and Methodologies are current and efficient, continuously improving Service Processes and Systems (the Lean Manager reports to you) and developing new designs to address operational and maintenance issues (a team of Design Engineers report to you).
You are degree qualified and expert in the mechanical design and application of centrifugal and positive displacement pumps across various industry sectors. You gain satisfaction from customers and people in industry seeking you out to resolve operational and engineering problems by applying your creative engineering skills. Some interstate travel is required to meet with customers on site.
