They are looking for a Quality and Manufacturing Science and Technology Leader, to provide management and direction to their contract manufacturing operations in the Asia/Pacific region.
This is an exciting opportunity to oversee, create and maintain the quality governance process for new and established contract manufacturers and distributors.
Responsibilities will include: - Participating in review processes
- Implementing quality control for new products being commercialized
- Hiring, training and managing staff to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Taking responsibility for the management of contract manufacturing
- Leading and directing the establishment of new processes
- Create and oversee execution of targeted improvement efforts to enhance compliance and productivity
Job requirements: - Advanced degree in science - chemistry, biology, pharmacy
- 10 years experience in direct quality manufacturing operations support
- Experience as a leader in a quality function of veterinary or pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Experience in setting and implementing strategies
- Working on large scale, complex projects
- Strong influencing skills with external partners and customers
- Knowledge of animal health produts and supply chains
- Sound knowledge of governance processes with the ability to use metrics to drive results and adjust behaviours within a team
