Do you have the passion to deliver and implement a SOA Architecture strategy within a complex, multi platform organisation?
This high profile position will act as the 2IC to the Integration Manager of the organisation and will encompass a variety of projects, challenges and responsibilities including but not limited to:
• Providing thought leadership on Integration strategy and architecture
• Lead integration projects, development and implementation of enterprise technology architectures in support of business objectives
• Mentor and develop project and integration resources
• Develop and provide governance over integration standards
• Define strategy and Integration architectures directing the analysis and definition of business and IT requirements.
• Identify, monitor and resolve any integration architecture issues
• Guide and assist solution architects to develop best practice integration design for solution architectures
• Keep abreast of industry trends & advancements and emerging technologies that offers the business opportunity and advantage
• Act in the capacity of Integration Subject Matter Expert and a member of the senior IT Management team working across multiple architecture groups
• Vendor management from a quality assurance perspective as well as key internal stakeholders
The successful Senior Enterprise Architect will posses the following:
• Extensive experience across a broad range of IT Integration Architectures
• Proven track record in successfully defining, designing and developing complex application integration solutions
• SOA/EAI (Service Oriented Architecture / Enterprise Application Integration) Architecture experience.
• Experience in designing, developing and delivering production services on Enterprise Service Bus Platforms including the development of Strategy and Roadmaps
• Strong experience designing and developing with J2EE, JSP, EJB, JMS, JCD, WS, WSDL, XML, SOAP, XSLT-based transformations, UDDI & SOA
• Strong technical skills in ORACLE/SUN Solaris UNIX
