What's in it for you?
You will be receiving a base salary of $140,000 plus super and bonuses. The role is conveniently located in the CBD on Sydney and reports directly to the head of Risk and Compliance. You will be working with high calibre people who have an in depth knowledge of Financial Services and Investment Banking.

What you will be doing:  
Your primary responsibilities will be to partner with different divisions of the business. This will take place at all levels including senior executives, managers and members of the investment staff. The role itself is operational risk based and looks at corporate finance, IPO's, M+A, equities and research. Chiefly your duties will consist of business partnering, report writing, liaising with key stakeholders and partnering with project teams.

What you must have to apply for this role:

• A proven background in operational risk / compliance / audit
• Financial Services experience
• Risk based methodologies

You will be highly regarded if you also have:

• Investment Banking experience
• Knowledge of a diverse range of financial instruments
