Ideally suited to an experienced Building Services Mechanical Engineer who is already working at an Associate level in the Sydney market, this role will see you working for one of the UK's largest privately owned building services firms as they create a centre of excellence to service the SE Asian region.  With two recently awarded projects, the New Year is set to be one of achievement for this firm.

Operating within a specialist niche has seen them achieve 40% year on year growth consistently over the last 5 years this is an opportunity to be at the helm of an exciting new phase of development within this company.   You will be working closely with the Sydney office manager to carry out sales activity and to ensure projects are delivered technically correct and on time, whilst maintaining the target profit level.

With a combination of growth organically and via acquisition into the SE Asian region and a strong financial backing from the UK by the end of 2010 there will be a team of 10 in the Sydney office.  International opportunity could also be available into the future with company expansion in the Asian region.

 It is essential that you have;

•  Bachelor degree Mechanical Engineering; NABERS and Greenstar accredited
• At least 10 years experience working in the local building services market.  With at least 4 years at a business or people management level.
• Expertise in the commercial, data centre or labs/cleanrooms.
