Engineering Manager
Working across a range of commercial, retail and industrial assets, and reporting to the National Sustainability Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical advice across a range of service improvements and major plant and equipment upgrades
- Identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Assisting with the implementation and operational management for the Group's sustainability strategy
- Tendering and procurement processes and selection of appropriate consultants
- Reviewing NABERS assessments
The successful applicant will be degree qualified, ideally in Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years experience in implementing and managing best practice mechanical performance solution across a diverse property portfolio. A demonstrated understanding of NABERS (accredited assessor preferred) is essential and familiarisation with ESD issues relating to commercial, industrial and retail properties is highly desired. A proven track record in delivering projects relating to energy and water efficiency improvement is also required, and knowledge of energy management systems would be beneficial.
