Having recently tendered and won a $70m+, 8 story office block in North Queensland, they are now looking to strengthen their team with an experienced Project Manager. As Project Manager you will be responsible for over-seeing the design/development stage and see the project through from DA to completion.
As Project Manager you will be focusing on construction programming, budget and the day to day management of your Site Managers, Contract Administrators and Foreman to ensure peak performance. This is a site based Project Manager role reporting to the Construction Manager. The successful Project Manager will have a strong background delivering commercially viable projects in the $5M-$50M+ range, and be able to manage a range of stake-holders including JV partners, developers, consultants, and contractors.
