Our client designs and manufactures non invasive medical devices for global healthcare markets. Their products have a presence in over 30 countries, and protect the lives of millions of people. They are committed to bringing products to market that consistently prove to be market leaders in safety and innovation and they have offices all over the world.
They are currently looking for someone to help grow and maintain their business by selling their products within the hospital environment, primarily to theatre staff, including nursing staff and surgeons, and by providing specialist advice and education in clinical care to ensure their customers and relevant staff understand the most efficient, effective and appropriate methods of using their products.
If you are a results driven sales professional, preferably with RN qualifications with theatre nursing experience, who has consistently demonstrated excellent performance within this industry, you have experience selling medical consumables / devices within the operating room environment and are used to dealing with theatre NUM’s, theatre staff and surgeons, then this company needs your expertise.
Your manager is very hands-off, however, very supportive, so you will need to be self-motivated with the ability to manage your own time with total autonomy on a daily basis and be able to develop a sales and account development strategy to achieve your sales targets. This position also requires tenacity, enthusiasm and patience with the ability to liaise with clinicians and corporate executives within the HPV.
You will be a 'go-getter' who can ask for the business and people person with the right attitude to enable you to be a true success. Your territory will cover some of Melbourne and you will be required to do some regional travel to a country territory occasionally.
An excellent salary package, commensurate with experience and a car allowance, mobile, laptop, etc.., is on offer for a true medical sales professional.
