Our work is varied and includes policy and program development, evaluation and review, research and analysis, costing and funding, training and quality. Projects range from a few months to several years duration. Clients include state and federal governments, industry bodies and service providers (profit and not-for-profit).

Your Role
We aim to recruit the best, as we expect you to take responsibility for our work and help drive our continued business success as part of our Management Team. As Senior Management Consultant, you will help develop high quality proposals and deliver successful projects. You will proactively analyse and understand clients needs, demonstrate industry knowledge and manage the project team to deliver the required outcomes.
We are keen to meet people who are articulate with excellent written and oral communication skills; who are intellectually agile and good conceptual thinkers; and who have good common sense. Degree level education or equivalent is preferable as is experience of consulting to the health or community care sectors.
