An opportunity has arisen within the Insurance Sector for a Contact Centre Manager for a 6-12 month contract located in prestigious CBD offices. This is an exciting period for the organisation about to undergo a changing business model. The Contact Centre Manager will have responsibility for driving the structural change of the Contact Centre. You will be responsible for the implementation of an outbound sales centre as well as and effective management of the existing inbound customer contact service centre. Duties will include: • Effective change management within existing workforce • €œGreenfield€ start-up of outbound centre • Analysing existing call centre technology and recommending upgrades as required • Monitoring SLA's • Implementing KPI's for outbound centre • Developing scripts for outbound campaigns You will ideally have a background in start-up call centre operations with a focus on outbound sales. You will have a background in the Insurance sector (Motor, Home & Consumer Credit), and have knowledge of current call centre technology and practical policy implementation. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a start-up department within a well established Global Insurance organisation.
