This is an opportunity to join a dynamic, innovative and well established insurance group with a successful track record across both Commercial and Personal Lines insurance sectors. A position has now arisen with in the intermediated distribution division for a NSW Sales Manager.
Key responsibilities will include contributing to, and executing the distribution strategy to increase market share. You will lead, coach and develop a business development team, and work with them to maintain and strengthen relationships with the Broker community within NSW. You will also liaise regularly internally with underwriting, claims and service teams to ensure a unified approach aligned with business risk appetites and goals.
A previous sales management background in insurance, involved in successfully rolling out distribution strategies, ideally via intermediaries, is required. High level relationship management experience will also be required, as this is still very much a front line position.
