Our client is a major, multi franchise new car dealer located in the western suburbs of Melbourne. They are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Sales Managers for this important role which will report direct to the Dealer Principal. This role will cover all franchises, used vehicles, fleet, wholesale, F&I and aftermarket. You will be responsible for around 20 staff and sales of approximately 190 vehicles per month.
To be successful in your application, you should have solid retail dealership experience, be self motivated, have exceptionally good communication skills and be a team player. Above all else, you must show stability in your employment and be able to commit to this role for the long term.
A very attractive remuneration package comprising a negotiable retainer plus incentives with the ability to earn up to $200,000 per annum will be discussed. An opportunity to acquire equity will be discussed with the ideal candidate after a qualifying period. Use of a vehicle is available, assistance may be offered with relocation to the right applicant and standard superannuation is paid.
