With national operations and revenue approaching $800m this organization has relationships with the major retailers and a large and complex supply chain network.
Reporting to the CFO, and worked closely with the Manufacturing Director, the key objective of the role is to provide effective decision support across this division. Responsibilities include finance support across all areas of the supply chain process from manufacturing through to retail and the management of a small finance team. You will work closely with the business in the assessment of supply sites and ensure financial efficiency across supply chain operations. Due diligence of capital expenditure across major projects and regular ‘value add’ management and financial reporting are also key requirements.
You are qualified finance professional (CA/CPA/CIMA) with a strength and depth across a high volume, product based manufacturing / distribution business, ideally FMCG, pharmaceutical or health. You have a deep understanding of supply chain issues, margin management and delivering value through operational effectiveness. Furthermore you can present credibly to the business through understanding drivers and issues and have the interpersonal style to persuade and influence.
