If you want to work closer to home in Sydney's North West on a mixed Industrial and Commercial development, then look no further.
Your first project as a Site Manager will be to take over the construction of a light Industrial complex containing over 50 units and 2 levels of office space with associated car parking for over 300 cars, approx value $20M.
The project is well under way with most of the structures finished, you will be focussing on the successful delivery of the fitout, roofing, finishes and facade works.
This is a long term role and you will be offered a progressive full time project upon completion of this project in January.
You will need to be able lead a small team from the front, conduct regular site & OH& S audits and daily meetings, become the focal point for communication to both the client and sub-contractors and be responsible for bringing in the project on time & under budget.
