Our client is a Global Vendor within the communications industry. Specifically focused in the Unified solutions sector this Global brand is recognised as the leader in their field. With 2,500 employees globally and revenues of $1billion they are uniquely placed to continue leading the market in this exciting industry sector
Reporting directly to the Global VP - Customer Service, the AP Engagement Manager will be responsible for the management of delivery for all contractual commitments to their partners and customers for complex projects. Functionally this role will encompass SLA development and negotiation, customer contract management, partnership management, sales engagement and project management.
Candidates should have qualifications in Business Management (MBA), Economics, Commerce, Marketing or Engineering and have a demonstrated ability to perform at a Senior Management level.
Candidates must have extensive experience in a telecommunications environment, have worked in a consulting capacity, and in particular have experience in deployment of complex solutions and management of all service delivery, contract management, SLA negotiations, strong commercial accumen and ideally project management experience.
This role would suit someone who has worked in a Large Consulting company, Global vendor or Global Carrier.
