Join a leading Financial Services company in a high profile role responsible for customer satisfaction through strategic management of customer enquiries, complaints and/or disputes via various communication channels including Email, Letter, Fax, Phone Call etc.
This role also manages the Account Opening Function for requests coming via Internet banking. The bulk of this work is completed by a third party therefore the incumbent will have responsibility for management of this relationship.
Responsibilities include:
* Management of Operations Service Levels
* Stakeholder Engagement & Relationships Management
* On-going Operations Improvement
Requirements for this role:
- Tertiary qualification in business related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial position with a solid 3 years experience in Banking & Finance industry
- Experience in contact centre management
- Excellent Communications Skills including Presentation, Negotiation and Influencing skills
- Ability to translate strategic direction into deliverable and measurable results & outcomes through operational solutions
- Comprehensive understanding of process management/re-engineering, strategy development and implementation, change and risk management.
- Ability to create and lead high performing teams onshore as well as offshore
- Strong People Management
- High level of project management skills.Great attention to detail with strong organisational skills
