You will be managing a team of service professionals, including state managers and be responsible for the planning and delivery of a profitable and customer centric service function. This is strategic role with ANZ wide responsibility in a fast growing and market leading business that has a considerable installed base and sales pipeline. Your people management skillset will be challenged daily in this role as the business is dynamic, fast changing and with a reputation for best in class customer support, both internal and external.
Your profile:
- Outstanding people leadership and managerial skills, preferably within large, multi-layered corporate environments
- Conflict resolution and change management experience
- Maturity and the confidence to handle customer complaints / manage expectations throughout product / sale lifecycle
- High degree of Business Acumen including service contract renewal and negotiation
- Drive, tenacity and motivation to be the person who delivers the best
- Engineering background with Tertiary education preferred
