As the largest region of UnitingCare Ageing Western Region includes Western Sydney and extends to western NSW (including rural and remote communities) and has an annual budget of $70m. The region has a diverse service mix offering huge potential for growth, development, and sector leading innovation.

As Regional Director based in Penrith, you will have a dual reporting line to both the Director of UnitingCare Ageing and Regional Board Chairperson, and be supported by an executive team. You will embrace organisational strategic objectives, aligning and developing regional business plans with these. As Regional Director you will:

• implement robust systems

• exceed client expectations and operational performance targets across all areas of the region

• enhance service models and promote growth

• have the capabilities to build a successful team during periods of significant change

• have experience in: key Senior Executive leadership roles – aged care essential; financial management

• tertiary qualifications in health/business and/or related field

• implement and embrace organisational and cultural change initiatives

• have the skills and experience enabling you to build on the regions’ existing service mix

• willingness to work within the Mission, Vision and Values of UnitingCare Ageing
