My client is a leading engineering consultancy with a base in KSA. The head of the HR function is putting in a new structure and as such, we are looking to find a talented and experienced OD manager that can hit the ground running. You must come from an engineering or construction company and will be adept at ensuring best practice is upheld. A western education is a significant advantage as is international experience. You will either be currently located in the region or at least have previously worked here at some point in your career for a good period of time. Being open to working in a multi cultural environment is a must. In terms of the role, you will focus on the company's performance management system, training & development and succession planning. Talent management and building career paths will play a large part in this role. You w ill work with the head of HR on most projects and must understand the industry.
