An exceptional opportunity has arisen to take responsibility for the Credit Card portfolio of this leading international bank.

You will be fully responsible for the financial performance and profitability of the credit card business including managing end to end business development proposals and launch initiatives to drive increased revenue.

Specifically your duties will include:

• Competitor, consumer and market research to ensure a fresh and innovative product suite.
• Ensuring a broad and constantly evolving channel mix.
• Business plan presentations to key senior stakeholders across marketing, sales and operations.
• Developing, implementing and managing marketing plans within set budgets and timeliness.
• Developing effective systems and procedures to support product delivery.
• Working within legal, compliance and regulatory requirements to deliver a profitable and stable product.

The successful candidate will have 5-10 years experience in Product Management within the retail banking industry with specific exposure to the credit card product suite. You will be a marketing focussed product manager with exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to develop and  drive successful marketing campaigns.

You will have a through understanding of profitability and the drivers of a successful and constantly evolving product as well as having superior knowledge of the Australian consumer, able to create and develop new products within this space.
