There will be a strong focus on developing cross-selling opportunities within this dynamic environment.
You will have significant management experience within a financial services culture, where sales and service targets are exceeded and results are achieved through others. Exposure to customer lending or credit lending as well an awareness of financial planning would give you a distinct advantage. Ideal candidate will have - community links, strong relationships in the area and possess a strong history of building relationships. Above all you must have the passion and the energy to motivate others.
