Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this role is a significant contributor to the leadership team. The primary focus is to achieve the organisation’s strategic objectives through strong leadership of our regionally based service teams.
To succeed in the role you will have:
* Experience in a banking environment with an agricultural focus,
* Credit knowledge and experience,
* Sound business acumen with a strategic perspective,
* Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities,
* Strong knowledge of the agricultural industry and,
* Proven capacity to identify and implement new business initiatives.
The successful candidate will have outstanding communication and relationship building skills and will be able to motivate and support a dedicated team as they strive to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
