This multi-award winning, city based agency is seeking a very special person with a strong digital media development background (primarily .NET) and an impressive knowledge of web architecture, standards, and emerging technologies. As a key leader and strategist you would enjoy considerable freedom to drive technical improvement and innovation across a wide variety of development projects for blue chip clients. This would see you working closely with clients and creatives to deliver outstanding technical solutions and projects.

Responsibilities range from

• managing and leading teams of .NET, front-end, and flash developers
• working with major clients to design innovative technical solutions
• selecting appropriate development frameworks and integrating team offerings for a wide variety of digital projects
• championing and inculcating web standards, methodologies, and quality processes
• project planning and estimating
• working closely with the digital group manager and PMs to ensure successful project delivery
