Working with a leading and professional design and construct company we are looking for a innovative and progressive designer to be the face of the design team in the position of Design Director.

With business as a whole going from strength to strength the design team is taking on bigger and better projects servicing both large and small clients with high spec projects around the Sydney CBD. In this role you will be responsible for the leadership of a project team of nine and will be the reporting member to the board, also including you in the executive direction of the company whole. You will be a hands on leader and be confident in engaging clients and staff to create new and fresh styles and ideas to commercial office interiors. As this is a highly important position it is expected that you will be a sound and qualified interior designer that has a strong professional portfolio and advanced AutoCAD skills. As a result you will be given the best conditions of work a change from consultancy environment but with all the rewards. Here is a snap shot of what you can expect:

Excellent salary package including $130k base
