Business Development Manager | Corporate Travel Sales
  • Up to $125,000 OTE or more in your first year earnings

What's in it for you?
If you are sick of your current industry sector or are just passionate about building new business relationships this may be the opportunity you have been looking for. This company is a large very well structured firm that are stable, well established, well reputed and a good home for a new corporate business hunter. They will provide a career path for a strong sales individual and offer you a quality sales culture to work within. Your base will be between $70,000 and $75,000 depending on experience + super + car allowance + car park and an uncapped commission structure. First year earnings will see you earning in excess of $125,000 depending on your drive and motivation. 
 
What you will be doing: 
As a Business Development Manger the main focus of the role will be developing new business relationships. You will be selling a range of business services based around corporate travel including accommodation and car hire within the medium to high end of the corporate market. You will be conducting presentations to CFO's, CEO's, MD, SD, procurement managers and decision makers on all levels. With your hunter mentality you will control the sales process from end to end. You will be working very closely with and reporting directly to the State Sales Manager of Victoria.
 
Who you will be doing it for:
You will be working for a well known company that have invested millions of dollars into corporate branding. They supply an entire travel solution to their clients and really know how to perceive value. They have a strong list of very large clients across Australia and have been established for many years. They provide a strong sales culture promoting, success, professionalism, passion and a solution based sell. If you are a top performer you will have future opportunities to progress up the corporate ladder.

You must have to apply to this role:

• A proven track record in sales and passion for Business Development
• Strong Rapport builder
• Have Strong Process Management skills
• A solution seller and ability to qualify clients well.
• Be motivated, Optimistic, have initiative and be a loyal character.
• Corporate Sales experience selling any product or Service


You will be highly regarded if you also have:

• Strong tenure with previous employers
• Experience in Corporate Travel
• Tertiary Qualifications (Not a necessity)
