Do you have a proven history of delivering large enterprise contact centre solutions and you would like to develop your skills for a leading provider of Unified Communications?
My client, a highly successful Cisco Gold Partner, are offering an excellent opportunity to join their Unified Communications team as a Contact Centre Architect - Cisco / Avaya.
As a Contact Centre Architect, you will be working on project life-cycles end to end from initial client engagement and requirements gathering to high level design and finally overseeing deployment teams. My client only works on large enterprise projects so you must have a proven history at this level. Because you will be overseeing deployments, strong project management experience would be an advantage as well as any knowledge of formal methodologies.
The first project you will be working on will involve a large Contact Centre integration from an Avaya environment to Cisco so knowledge of both these vendors is essential.
The successful Contact Centre Architect will have the following:
Excellent knowledge of Cisco ie Call Manager, Call Manager Express, IPCC
Excellent knowledge of Avaya including ACD
Ideally strong knowledge of Genesys CME, Routing, Outbound Dialler
Proven history of designing and implementing large Contact Centre solutions
Good project management skills
Good understanding of WAN technologies
Good IP Networking skills
Must have the ability to present in front of senior management
