Due to such considerable growth since moving into their new offices this firm is now seeking to appoint a senior individual whom can come in and run multiple projects from design to completion. The following is a basic guideline for this role however entry requirements are considered flexible in order to find the best person for this challenging yet rewarding role.
- Registered Architect in Australia with a minimum of 10 years local experience. those whom have had experience working with a developer in a project management role will be shown significant advantages.
- Sound abilities in liaising with clients, contractors, builders and consultants whilst ensuring all work is completed not only on time and to budget but also ensuring that all work is only of the highest standard.
- Natural and proven ability to guide and support a small to medium sized team through all stages of a project
- An ambitious and motivated individual whom upon joining is prepared to commit to this firm for the long term
Confidence in communicating with clients, contractors, builders and consultants
