- Project Accountant – Senior Analyst

A n imminent transformation project has created an opportunity for an experienced Financial Accountant/Business Analyst join the business for 16 months and backfill a role seconded to this project.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will be both hands on and analytical when it comes to reporting on the business and its associated projects. You will be required to monitor and report on projects underway by the organisation and make timely calls on costs, timeframes and their ability to deliver according to budget. You will liaise across all areas of the business with a multitude of people to ensure the information presented is accurate and timely in its presentation. Great role that reports on the numbers, but will require you to tell the story as well.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Financial and Management Accounting. Ideally you will be CA/CPA qualified, experience within the Property Development industry will also hold you in good stead. You will have strong attention to detail and analysis skills which will be complemented by your ability to work at an advanced level with Excel. You will thrive in an ever-changing environment where change is both encouraged and constant.
