Our client is a highly reputable IT Services organisation and is seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to assist clients manage change issues that may arise as a result of transformation and technology programmes.
The primarily focus will be on project delivery, creating value and high levels of client satisfaction added throughout the lifecycle of a programme. Coach and lead teams involving other consultants and client representatives, and ensuring that change methods are applied and enhanced through the project.
You will also support business development and RFP processes through creating reference-able client work, high quality proposal materials and demonstrating high levels of confidence and personal credibility in sales meetings.
Responsibilities include:
- To work with Director level stakeholders within the client organisation to define a tailored and effective change strategy.
- Leading teams of change specialists, inspiring and developing client leaders and staff to manage the change challenges
- Demonstrate strong domain expertise in two or more of the Change Model: Change Strategy & Leadership, Stakeholder Engagement and Communications, Performance Management, Organisation Design, Learning and Development.
Qualifications & Essential Experience:
- Tertiary Degree qualified with relevant qualifications and/or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 5-8 years industry experience with a track record in leading organisational change management work-streams within major technology enabled change programmes OR a track record of playing leading change roles from within a large organisation with significant direct responsibility for programme resources, and change outcomes
- Significant full lifecycle expertise in at least one of following Programme types: ERP Programmes SAP or Oracle.
- Industry Knowledge in the following areas looking for OCM Consultants with the following experience in (manufacturing, purchasing, retail, or finance)
- Experience with Outsourcing/ Offshoring
- Ability to work effectively as part of a global business model and within a multi-cultural environment.
- Excellent presentation skills and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be either a NZ Citizen/or NZ Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen/or Permanent Resident to apply for this position.
