This global leader in the telecommunications industry is entering an exciting period of growth and has a 12 month contract for a strategic internal communications manager to develop and manage strategies in line with its vision and goals across Australia and New Zealand.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Affairs and working closely with the Managing Director, who has a strong commitment to internal communications, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies that increase employee understanding and commitment to the business.
Utilising your excellent writing skills you will be responsible for the CEO’s messages, content for executive presentations, briefings, events and road shows. Key to the success of this role will be your experience in managing key internal communication channels including the intranet, in-house videos and newsletters.
To succeed in this role you will require a minimum of 7 years experience in internal communications and a demonstrated ability to communicate with, involve and influence a variety of audiences. You will have superior written and editorial capabilities, and a strategic approach to communication. Your strong project management, stakeholder management and organisational skills will ensure your objectives are met.
