The firm has enjoyed a strong market presence and increasing work flow and is keen to take on a commercial property lawyer with partnership potential to work on a mix of development, investment and acquisition matters. You will be able to challenge yourself and develop relationships with clients as you are exposed to a broad range of work from a mix of blue-chip, development and institutional clients.
You can expect to be involved in a mix of transactional commercial and property matters, developments, aspects of property finance as well as some high end leasing work. Environmental and planning experience would also be well regarded but is not essential.
