Offering an incredible opportunity our client for the first time has created this Internal Position to manage and negotiate all Sales and Leasing Opportunities on this incredible Development Project, and to also drive Development Sales & Leasing opportunities across all future Property Developments. Working closely along side some of the Best Development Specialists within the Industry there is the option to influence and consult on major projects from the Front End. My client views this as a real Career Opportunity within their Group for the right person to drive and develop a full Sales team.

With an already successful Sales and Leasing Career the successful candidate will already have extremely strong networks throughout the South East Queensland property market. Experience and skills in the following areas will be looked upon favourably.

• 5-6 Years Industrial, Retail or Commercial Sales & Leasing Experience
• Negotiation of Agent Fees and Commission Structures
• Management of External Sales & Leasing Agents
• Fantastic Networking and Industry Contacts
• Superb Verbal and written Communication skills
• Self Motivated and Results Driven
