In Melbourne a Senior DM is required to drive the delivery of iconic Commercial & Apartment projects currently in the design phase. As a key member of the Development team you will manage all stages of the delivery of the project from conceptual design through approvals, tenders, construction, marketing, leasing, sales and handover & commissioning. Your aim will be to achieve time & cost targets while maintaining design intent, quality requirements and building stakeholder relationships.
Ideally, you’ll have managed the development of a substantial commercial or mixed-use project in the Melbourne CBD, St. Kilda Rd, Southbank or Docklands precinct, and will be well aware of the development issues at key stages of large projects.
