Commercial Manager - Construction Consulting - Internal IT department
Our client is a leading international consulting firm working in the IT, Infrastructure, Mining, Water and Defence industries. They have a reputation for exceeding cusomter expectations and providing technical excellence in everything they do. Do to a recent restructure this company's Internal Systems and Support division this company is looking for a proven Commercial Manager to take up a newly created role which will be an excellent mix of financial control, Accounting and Procurement.
The Role on Offer
Reporting directly to the Professional Services director and from time to time, directly to the board this exceptional opportunity combines managing a young, youthful department of over 150 staff. Realigning the direction of the ISS to come back into the corporate structure, managing a P&L of over $40Mas well as procurement for IT equipment and services. Your role will also include assurance of Software license comliance and working on strategies to continue improvements on staff stability and business confidence in the division - As you can see this is a great opporunity to be a change manager, in an established company and can be an exceptional milestone in your career! Remuneration for this role will include:
- Base Package of up to $165K + 25% OF BASE Salary in Bonuses.

Selection Criteria
As you can see this is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate and the selection Criteria below will tell you if you are the right candidate, to be successful you must possess these essential skills:
- An Accounting degree - Preferably a CPA.
- You have previous financial management skills and have manged P&L's of over $30M (preferably in a consulting company)
- You are a collaborative leader, who builds team harmony and can engage all personality types
- You have previously managed IT supplier agreements to ensure the best possible commercial agreements for your employer.
- You can show specific examples of where you have effected change in the past and have been able to come up with innovative ways to get majority "buy in" on the changes required.
- You are highly strategic and looking for a new challenge.
- You have no problem establishing yourself as the "trusted advisor" in relation to finance, procurement and IT issues.
