This position is a key strategic role within the both the Perth practice and the national operations of this major international consultancy. The Associate Director is viewed as a key development role due to the substantial number of mining infrastructure projects planned in the future, particularly in Western Australia. In this respect, this role is ideal for an individual with strong career aspirations who can identify business opportunities and drive towards achieving high level results. Specifically, you will be involved in business development and winning work, the management of Quality Technical Input and Risk on engineering design and documentation across a wide range of civil engineering projects, and the development and growth of a team.
Ideally, you have more than 15 years experience in civil engineering with a sound knowledge and extensive experience in the Western Australian mining industry. As strong commercial acumen, client focus, leadership abilities and well developed communication skills will be required.
