National Contract Manager $160-170k An opportunity exists to join the leading corporate Real Estate Service provider in Australia. Described as been fresh, energetic and inspired, our client has rapidly earned a reputation for winning high profile national property and facilities management contracts through delivering results and a dedication to client satisfaction. As part of the Strategic Operations & Management team your role will be an integral part of managing a portfolio of over 1,200 properties across Australia. With at least 5-10 years of experience in managing staff at a senior level you will be working closely with each state manager to ensure that you are achieving a level of exceptional service and results to the client across all States and offices within the Portfolio. With a Portfolio Brand that is as a house hold name this is the chance to step up to a National role utilising your experience and skills built up over your successful Corporate Real Estate career. An emphasis in this role will be your ability to communicate, liaise and negotiate a clear and concise joint outcome to ensure all operations of the portfolio are successfully carried out. State Manager $120-130k Making up 30% of the National Portfolio you will oversee all property/ portfolio management within the 2 states. Responsible for Leading a Property and facility management team an understanding of all property / facilities practices will be a necessity. With at least 5 years experience in staff and portfolio management your core role will be working directly on the clients behalf and building a strong and clear communication path between all parties. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and the Contract Manager, the successful applicants will operate as an integral part of the ongoing success and management of this Australian Institution.
