Our client is a private Commercial and Industrial Property Investment and Property Management company. They currently require a CFO to assist in the creation of a new business structure where you will be required to remodel the financial and accounting system and integrate this into the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing financial and operational information
- Creating and supporting a Financial Information System
- Developing annual operating and entity budgets and cash flow forecasts
- Ensuring effective financing is in place for all investments
- Ensuring the financial profitability and positive cash flow of the firm and investment entities
- Managing the Accounts Team
- Tax planning
- Providing specialist advice to the
Managing Director in relation to the ownership of the firm and investments and effective tax planning
The successful candidate will be a CPA or ACA and be experienced in managing a similar business unit. Financial and management skills are essential as is expertise in MRI.
