Our Client is an Australian based engineering consultancy business with offices nationally who operate locally, nationally and internationally.
Our client services Process Industry including mining, pharmaceutical, chemical, food and automotive.
Our Client has two positions available one for a Lead Electrical Engineer and the other for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their very professional and loyal team.
LEAD POSITION
To be successful as the Lead Electrical Engineer you must have a minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role. You will be reporting to the Electrical Design Manager and have the ability to work on an International Project from the comfort of East Perth.
Your responsibilities
- You will be accountable to manage and direct the electrical engineering/drafting project or study team in alignment with project/study requirements
- You will be required to produce work in a timely and cost-effective manner
A Degree in Electrical Engineering is a must or equivalent qualification allowing membership of the Institute of Engineers.
SENIOR POSITION
To be successful in this position you must have 5-8 years experience in a similar role. Reporting to the Electrical Design Manager you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects.
Your responsibilities
- Assist with preparation of study & EPCM documentation
- Review & selection of vendor equipment
- Generation & compilation of Engineering Lists (chutework/platework/etc)
- Site engineering, commissioning & activities
