They are actively seeking a Senior Planner Manager to lead up their financial planning team consisting of 8 advisors.
Your key responsibilities will be to:

Service existing referral partners for new business leads
-
Perform face to face meetings with wealth accumulators
-
Develop appropriate strategies and solutions for client specific financial goals
Key attributes for this role are as follows:
-
CFP (Certified Financial Planning) qualified and preferably CA (Chartered Accountancy) qualified. If not strong knoweldge and preferably experience in Accountancy

Experience working within a corporate accountancy environment and also experience working as an financial advisor
-
Quality/Learning and Applying Knowledge - Assimilating and applying in a timely manner new work related information, which might vary in complexity: continuously enhancing your own knowledge and improving your core skills

Team Work - Ability to work with others in such a way as to develop and sustain long term working relationships based on mutual trust and confidence

Self-Management - Consistently maintaining a high activity or productivity level

Sales Ability - The ability to build rapport with clients and apply product knowledge to their specific needs
