Leading Private Bank seeks highly experienced Senior Private Financial Advisor to join the team based in Sydney CBD.  Must have at least 10 years proven experience as a financial advisor dealing with HNW clients (preferably in private banking).

Duties Include:

• Responsible for developing and managing relationships with HNW individuals.  Clients are to be provided with a full range of financial services, products and innovative solutions.
• Manage the overall client portfolio to optimum profitability.
• Manage new business activity to ensure quality introductions to the private bank
• To maintain and drive growth in FUA through relevant client activity
• Develop and maintain profitable client relationships
• Private Bank Team engagement
• Proactively develop and manage client relationships (HNW clients)
• Evaluate and monitor client's existing portfolios
• Provide regular reviews on client portfolios
• Prepare marketing plans/reports

Essential attributes;

• 7 - 10 years experience as a senior advisor dealing with HNW clients (ideally proven experience in private banking)
• Prior experience in a relationship manager role
• Good understanding of traditional and financial markets investment products
• Accounting and regulatory knowledge
• Some knowledge of equities markets
• Good understanding of taxation and superannuation implications for high net worth individuals
• Lending experience, so as to maximise opportunities but retain a good quality portfolio

 Desirable attributes;

• Diploma of Financial Planning (ADFS/CFP ideally) 
• Tertiary qualifications in a business related discipline
