• $125K - $130K (Negotiable) Base Salary
• 9% Super

Opportunity

• Due to continuous growth an opportunity currently exists for a National Account Manager / Business manager to join their Melbourne office.
• In this highly regarded role you will be responsible for managing the relationship between the company and their largest client who is one of the two largest supermarkets in Australia.
• The role will see you work across every different product the company manufacture which falls across multiple different categories.
• You will use marketing data to make business based decisions which will ultimately increase revenue and help keep up with what competitors and consumers are doing.
• You will also manage a team of people who are there to assist in managing the day to day tasks of the client.
• You will work very closely with marketing and category managers to help assist them in products development and general product communications.

Talent:

• To be successful in this role you will have experience in managing major retail accounts at a senior level with a proven track record on success.
• You must have a solid understanding of the retail and supermarket industry including potential business problems, category management and marketing communications.
• You must have been able to read and use market & consumer analysis reporting from 3^rd party suppliers.
• Intangibly you will have great business acumen, solid people and management skills and the ability to manage a client who expects over and above the norm.
• Solid multi tasking skills are required for this role but most importantly you must be a get up and go person who does not wait for questions to be answered.
