Based in Melbourne, the Coles Supermarkets Merchandise Team has a number of fantastic opportunities for highly motivated Buyers to join the team covering high profile, dynamic categories. As a key member of the team you will use your professional retail buying skills to develop and execute the merchandise strategy for the category. This will encompass; product, range, price, merchandising and supplier relationships. This role will be pivotal in delighting the customer, leading to growing and improving merchandise sales and income.
To be successful in this role you will be a positive person with experience in buying or category management within a multi-outlet retail or FMCG environment. Championing change, financial skills to improve the P&L and creativity to lift the store offering to new heights are all accomplishments to which you should aspire to become our new colleague.
