The Position & You:
As the Electrical Supervisor you can expect to take a key role supporting the design and operational side of the project. Working closely with the Project Manager, Superintendent, and sub trades in fulfilling your role accountabilities. You will require a construction background with some exposure to the water or heavy industrial industry, and hold the relevant qualifications. You will also have the ability to build strong relationships with the Project Manager through to sub contractors, excellent communication skills, able to liaise with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Implement project systems & procedures
Ensure project targets are achieved on time and on budget
Preparation of work packs
Management of direct labour
Monitor tools & consumables
Assist with the developments and implementations of JSEA's
Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and specification
Receive and access potential variations for validity from subcontractors
Attend and deliver job starts and tool box meetings
Demonstrated experience in programming & scheduling construction work
Minimum of 8 years experience in a supervisor role
