The initial project is a $500M+ hospital project. You will working on behalf of the government as the principal's representative delivering this major project through non-traditional contracts. Ideally you will have a tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Engineering and/or worked at Project Manager level role for a minimum of 10 years and have a proven ability to manage all aspects of contract administration on large complex projects including claims, variations, disputes, as well as post contract issues.
