Currently ranking within the top 50 in the BRW Top 100 Accountants list they are looking to make key appointments that will assist their growth that will solidify their standing both now and in the future!
Assisting the Partner, you will run the team ensuring that all aspects of the group are running smoothly. This will involve delegating and reviewing the work of your junior team members as well as helping to train them and monitor their performance & productivity; be the main contact for clients; the provision of high level specialist work for a large complex client base; and the continued develop of relationships with new (through networking and referrals) and existing clients through proactive business advice.

Our client is seeking people who:
- Has 6+ years of local Business Services experience
- Are CA qualified
- Can display a dynamic and committed attitude to their long term career
- Is goal oriented and driven
- Has experience with business development and increasing their fee base
- Takes a proactive approach to client service and satisfaction (external & internal)
- Have a thorough understanding of the Australian Tax legislation and proven track record in looking after your clients
- Have fantastic written & oral communication skills
- Are Highly organised and proven exp. in managing a large team
- Want to work in a great family orientated firm
