My client, a mid tier CA firm are looking to recruit a Senior Business Services Manager to join their team.

Working in a well-established and extremely reputable firm based in Sydney CBD your career with them will soar.

You should have an extensive experience within the professional services, and should have a minimum of 5 years experience.

Experience in a similar previous role is preferred.

You will be responsible for supervising and mentoring 5 other accountants within the team and running your own fees of up to $1 million.

You should be well experience in supervising, mentoring and motivating staff and you will be reporting directly into the Partner.

This is a mid sized firm with 6 partners and 40 staff. In joining this firm, you will be joining, a well established, encouraging and motivated environment.

Your experience should be second to none; your report writing, attention to detail and ability to work autonomously must be apparent.

You will be working with a variety of clients, from High Net Worth Individuals to multinational companies.

You will be educated with relevant qualifications and be post CA/CPA qualified. You should possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

You should have a proven track record within your career and have previous experience in supervising and motivating staff.
