We are partnered with a company that is aspiring to be a major energy producer based on their technology leadership position in a new and emerging energy form.

We are seeking a talented and energetic executive who can lead and engage a team across diverse disciplines and multiple sites to successfully deliver the milestones to commercial operations. Reporting to the CEO & MD and with a highly talented GM team of direct reports you will have full accountability for delivering the operational business
plan. Your responsibilities will include embracing and leading a culture that promotes safety, accountability and high performance with individual integrity.

Crucially you will be a leader familiar with the challenges of managing projects/operations from pilot scale to commercial scale operations whilst at the same time progressing technical skills that enable you to drive technology development at a rate and in a manner than can support such project development.

In order to be successful, you will need to have outstanding planning and work management skills. You will also need to utilise outstanding communication and influencing skills in dealings with government bodies and officials, the investor community, and other key external and internal stakeholders.

Applicants will ideally have Chemical Engineering or a similar discipline and will have already gained significant experience in the petrochemical, oil and gas or petroleum sectors. You will have the professionalism, integrity, enthusiasm and resilience to grow and prosper in this role and in doing so to develop a rigorous, performance based and accountable operational culture within the business as it moves rapidly towards a commercial future.
