Are you an experienced Healthcare Business Analyst with a specialty in change management? Unbelievable opportunity to join one of the most well respected healthcare software vendors. The company offers a wide product range and their name is well respected in number of continents!
As a Business Change Analyst you will act in a professional consulting capacity working with clients and internal staff. This role is a key position to bridge the gap between clinical and technical. You will become the subject matter expert with regards to delivery of projects and will get involved with a number of areas ranging from implementation planning studies, clinical workflow analysis and preparing /delivering change management and methodology presentations to clinical audiences to assist with sales activities.
You will need to be self-motivated and a high achiever when it comes to accomplishing goals – both independently and as part of a team. Your previous professional background will consist of at least 3-6 years in a Business Analyst role within a healthcare environment. You will have a solid commercial focus and be able to think on your feet in a fast moving environment.
To be successful in this role you will need to possess:
- Qualification in Health Informatics, Information Science or Computer Science
- 3-6 years Healthcare Business Analyst Experience
- In depth knowledge of Clinical Information Systems and Clinical Processes
- Proven Change Management Skills and an ability to transfer information technology knowledge to clinicians
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
