The Opportunity
Reporting to the General Manager of Sales and Development. Your role will see you implement and deliver performance results through your highly experienced Account Managers to ensure business targets and department objectives are exceeded.
 
Your main focus will be to implement a culture of change, from "servicing the client" to "servicing a more profitable client" which will see commercially focused outcomes with major clients to deliver higher bottom line growth.
 
To become a huge success in this business you will utilise your natural leadership skills to engage multiple stakeholders across the organisation Nationally.
 
About You
To be considered for this exceptional opportunity it is essential that you have a minimum 15 years proven experience in a banking, insurance or financial services industry within a Sales Management capacity. A tertiary qualification in marketing or related business disciplines would be highly favourable. Your experience in driving forward bottom line growth within a major multi National organisation, along with your leadership and influence will see your career progress upwardly through this exceptional brand.  
 
What's on Offer
You will be paid a lucrative total remuneration salary package based on attracting the highest quality candidates, this will include a base salary, superannuation, bonus and car allowance.
