As Senior Manager you will be responsible for the operation, performance and professional development of the Audit team. More specifically, you will be required to lead business growth by ensuring a high standard of client services; managing the professional development of team members, proactively managing client and staff issues, and taking responsibility for team performance.
The ideal candidate will have this following experience and attributes:
- 10 years + in a Chartered Accounting or Public Practice environment
- ASX/ASIC experience preferable
- Proven ability in marketing and business building
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in managing people and career development
- Client relationship skills across a broad range of clients
- Strong technical skills and relevant qualifications
- Professional ethics and standards
- Strong quality service attitude and approach
In addition, you will act as the principle relationship manager for Platinum Clients ensuring that you lead by example and set the standards with respect to client services and development. Expanding the client base through the development of new marketing initiatives will also be a major responsibility of the successful candidate.
