My client is an employer of choice and due to promotion they have a vacancy for a Team Leader to lead the SAP HR technical group. Your mandate will be to write system specifications for the developers to implement.
You must have a strong background in design of HR systems and understand the metrics of HR SAP applications. We are looking for someone who can understand business requirements and formulate the technical specifications. You would also be someone who can strategically look at the technology and forecast future system requirements. Manage technology related projects, production of reports and maintenance of all SAP HR Modules.
This role does not require coding, configuration or user testing.
The successful candidate will have:
Extensive experience with SAP HR modules namely ESS, MSS, Talent Management,
Have HR System design experience in SAP
Strategic thinking ability
Strong understanding of HR Metrics
