You will have the opportunity to join one of the best players in the HVAC market with a highly known brand name.  Your base salary will be between $100,000 - $120,000 depending on experience plus Super.  You will also receive a great commission structure seeing you earn over $250,000 in your first year depending on your drive and ambition.  The Manager you will be reporting to has over 20 years direct industry experience therefore you will benefit from the experience that they will share with you.  The extras of the package include FMCV or car allowance plus Iphone or blackberry plus healthcare.

What you will be doing:  
As the Sales Engineer you will be responsible for gaining new business, across all sectors and industries.  You will be selling a complex technical solution which will mean the sales cycle ranging from 2 to 12 months depending on the level of solution required.  You will also have a 20% Account Management component.  You will have you ears to the ground at all times knowing the industry back to front as this will enable you to have advanced knowledge on all the new projects in the market.

Who you will be doing it for:
You will be working for a company that is well respected in the market.  Being established in Australia for over 20 years they have developed into a large global presence. Providing electrical motors and engineering services the company produces engineered VSD's, soft starters, electrical motors and other engineered electrical products primarily made for industrial and HVAC markets in Australia

• A proven track record of sales into the OEM and or HVAC industries
• The capacity to trouble shoot and conduct analysis of technical applications
• A history of over achieving sales budgets    
  
• True understanding of the tender stage
  

You will be highly regarded if you also have:

• 5 years external sales experience
• A high level of technical knowledge of VSD's or electrical motors
• A trade or engineering qualification or relevant experience
