Civil Project Manager - Sydney
This well recognised top tier Civil Contractor are currently seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join the team in Sydney.
This organisation operates predominately in the infrastructure sector, and have been awarded a partner on a multi million dollar rail project in Sydney's Western Suburbs.
They now have an immediate requirement for a Civil Project Manager to lead a team of engineers and supervisors on this multi-million dollar project.
You will hold a civil engineering degree and have had extensive experience across all civil infrastructure developments, including roads, rail, or sub-division projects.
Essentially strong leadership skills are required in order to push this project through on time and within budget. Demonstrable ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams through difficult portions of the project is required.
Communication skills at both an oral and written level are a key skills needed for this role, as you will be liaising closely with clients, sub-contractors and consultants on a daily basis.
Requirements
- Degree qualified Civil Engineer
- Sound commercial knowledge on Alliance projects
- Experience as a Project Manager on other similar multi-million dollar infrastructure project
- Demonstrable experience liaising directly with stakeholders
- Ability to push projects through on time and within budget
- Desire to work for a leading Civil Contractor
- Effective communicator, both oral and written flair
