Organisational Profile
Global Engineering consultancy specializing in engineering design, construction and facility management in water and waste water environment from feasibility, FEED and Project Management. We require a Project Manager to lead and oversee a major project in water infrastructure redevelopment.
Position Detail
As Project Manager you will plan and conduct all functional areas of procurement, construction and management across major infrastructural capital works. You will be responsible for the project delivery of major projects including large pipelines and pumping stations.
In this role you will:
- direct all technical aspects, plans and project scope of project
- inspect completed work for quality assurance
- direct a project engineering team
- provide specialist coordination
- assess OH&S risks and hazards and successfully manage to prevent incidents, injury and damage
The role also requires direct site supervision of internal employees and sub contractors.
Education and Experience
You have 5+ years experience in Project Management in the Water Consultancy sector, with previous working experience in pumping stations and sewerage / water treatment projects. To be successful in this role you will be degree qualified in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with an extensive background in the water sector.
Remuneration will be based on experience between 120 – 150K.
