Sales Exec - Direct Mail and Direct Marketing Solutions
Our Client is a highly regarded solutions and services provider providing integrated marketing campaigns and Direct Mail campaigns to a range of businesses around Australia. With ambitious but achievable growth plans layed out for 2010 ⁄ 2011 this company is looking to secure the services of a senior sales person to sit in the management team , lead the sales function and secure new large clients this financial year.
The Role on Offer
Believe it or not, this company has never a had a sales team. Given the clients they now boast it is an excellent indication of the services they provide. Your role will initially be to generate new accounts and start the process of implementing a sales structure in the business. Once you have your feet under the table, you will then be assigned the task of employing a sales team that you will lead. This company is committed to training and development which will ensure you continue moving your knowledge and skills forward.
Remuneration for this role will include:
- $80K Base Salary + Super
- Fully Maintained Company Car
- Lucrative commission structure ($25K) Uncapped
Selection Criteria
To be successful in your application for this role you must possess:
- 10 years experience in the B2B Sales arena with a proven track record in winning and managing new accounts.
- Candidates from within the Direct Mail, Mail house or print industries will be highly regarded however candidates who have sold other marketing solutions with targets over $1m pa are encouraged to apply.
- You will be well presented with excellent communication skills
- Candidates with previous management experience will be highly regarded however this is not essential
