This company is one of the best, originating in the southern states of Australia it has become a common brand name found on many building sites around the major cities. Having been in Queensland for coming on 8 years they have set the boundaries for other companies to follow, as other are putting staff off these guys are doing nothing but putting people on. Currently the work load in Queensland spans from the Gold Coast through Brisbane and to the Gold Coast. Commercial, Retail and Apartments are among some of the more common projects that they pride them selves on as well as the government sector being Educational Facilities and Aged Care. As we speak the split of negotiated work to tendered work is 70% Negotiated and 30% Tendered. They have some of the most sort after clients in Queensland and the work from these clients keeps flowing.
Reporting directly to the Project Manager you will be solely responsible for the Contract Administration of the entire project from start to finish. Having worked on previous projects in the commercial sector your experience will lie in commercial and or high spec retail. The value of this project is in the vicinity of $20million and is located conveniently on the outskirts of the city. As the Contracts Administrator you will have an abundance of expertise to bring to the table and you will be familiar with all aspects of Contracts Administration. Ideally you will be degree and trade qualified or alternatively either of the two would be acceptable, though you will have a previous 4 6 years minimum portfolio in a similar role.
