$135K National Account Manager: Hard & Soft Services. Our client is an International Success Story within the Facilities Management outsourcing environment. They have an enviable list of clients and one of their largest accounts currently has an opportunity for a National Account Manager, reporting to the AsiaPac Head. As Australian Account Manager, you will have full operational and strategic responsibility for the account including: · Budget Setting and Management · Reporting including Customer Satisfaction · Staff Management and Development · Strategic Innovation in Service Provision · Critical Stakeholder Management · Project Management · Value adding via increased or new services provided, and · Overall Excellence in Leadership Covering multiple sites across Australia, your team will be managing both corporate offices and technical locations, ensuring safe and effective surrounding for your clients staff. Four key tenants will drive success in this role: · Client & Staff Engagement through effective Leadership · Efficient P&L Management · Identification of Business Opportunities, and · A high degree of Hard and Soft Services Credibility You will have a demonstrated track record in Managing large teams of Facility Management Professionals and support staff, capable of identifying staff development, client management, and strategic influencing in those experiences.
