Highly strategic independent direct marketing agency has created a new position of Group Account Director due to restructure and growth of their business.

They have an excellent variety of clients across automotive, financial services, pet care, and sport. The work is varied and interesting across direct & digital channels including CRM, acquisition and community engagement.

The role is to:
• Nurture and grow the account service team
• Develop amazing relationships with clients who already love them
• Generate organic growth across the client base
• Participate in new business pitches and strategy development

You will need:
• At least 8-10 years direct & digital marketing experience,
• A minimum of 5 years agency experience so you can mentor the team
• To have a sense of team work and engagement
• A bright and energetic approach to your work

This is an amazing role for someone who is currently at Senior Account Director wanting to take that next step, the opportunity to grow into the Client Services Director is available. The role reports to the partners of the agency and will lead the account service team.
