EP&T is looking for Business Development Managers for its Australian operation. This is an exciting opportunity, being part of a team to assist businesses to reduce costs, help the environment and create jobs in using unique technologies.
Selection Criteria:
• Commitment to the environment and tackling the impact of climate change in our community.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in business development with a successful track record in sales, marketing or account management.
• Ability to grasp technical concepts
• Degree in Engineering would be advantageous although not essential with/or a marketing or business background is essential.
• Strong communication and customer relationship management skills required.
Activities:
Implementation of the company’s strategic business plan through:
Account relationship management of major blue chip clients
Develop a strong understanding of the company’s market position, products and services.
Refined presentation and communication skills with confidence in a board room environment.
The ability to establish an excellent rapport with department managers, customers and clients.
The ability to acquire multi-disciplinary expertise in business development and energy conservation is essential to the success of this role
Negotiable package of $160K+ (includes car allowance, incentives and super). The role will involve some interstate travel and the possibility of some overseas travel.
