Business Development Manager at Mumba Corp.

Job Description
 
Mumba Corp. provides a range of outsourced HR Services via our proprietary online platforms. Our services are focused on improving employee motivation, communication and interaction.
 
Since 2006 Mumba Corp. has been building a trusted brand within the marketplace and is now positioned for significant growth.
 
We are recruiting a Business Development Sales Professional that will take responsibility for Mumba’s new client acquisition.
 
The successful candidate will work together with the Managing Director to prospect and qualify new clients, identify opportunities and follow through with the entire sales process.
 
You will have the opportunity to grow and manage a sales team.
 
Responsibilities include
 
  • Prospecting new clients via a 360 degree sales approach
  • Regular face to face meetings with senior client and prospective client executives including CEO's, Managing Directors, HR Directors, General Managers
  • Fine tuning of the business development and sales process
  • Developing and executing unique marketing approaches to improve client acquisition such as hosting industry information evenings
  • Hiring, training and management of junior sales staff
 Compensation
 
The remuneration package includes an attractive base salary and the successful applicant should expect to earn considerable (and uncapped) commissions. Future equity opportunities may be considered.
 
Skills
 
To be successful in this role you will have:
 
  • Minimum 4 years proven business development experience and success
  • The communication skills and ability to prospect large accounts and senior level executives
  • Drive to execute a 360 degree sales approach
  • An understanding of technology, the internet, social media and marketing
  • A background in business to business sales including large corporate accounts will be highly regarded
  • Preferred industry experience includes Human Resources, Management Consulting, Internet and Social Media
