We are recruiting a Business Development Sales Professional that will take responsibility for Mumba’s new client acquisition.
|
|
The successful candidate will work together with the Managing Director to prospect and qualify new clients, identify opportunities and follow through with the entire sales process.
|
|
You will have the opportunity to grow and manage a sales team.
|
|
Responsibilities include
|
- Prospecting new clients via a 360 degree sales approach
|
- Regular face to face meetings with senior client and prospective client executives including CEO's, Managing Directors, HR Directors, General Managers
|
- Fine tuning of the business development and sales process
|
- Developing and executing unique marketing approaches to improve client acquisition such as hosting industry information evenings
|
- Hiring, training and management of junior sales staff
|
|
Compensation
|
|
The remuneration package includes an attractive base salary and the successful applicant should expect to earn considerable (and uncapped) commissions. Future equity opportunities may be considered.
|
|
Skills
|
|
To be successful in this role you will have:
|
- Minimum 4 years proven business development experience and success
|
- The communication skills and ability to prospect large accounts and senior level executives
|
- Drive to execute a 360 degree sales approach
|
- An understanding of technology, the internet, social media and marketing
|
- A background in business to business sales including large corporate accounts will be highly regarded
|
- Preferred industry experience includes Human Resources, Management Consulting, Internet and Social Media
|
